The Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with several ministries and 16 organisations to reduce carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) emission by at least 300,000t CO 2 by 2022 through clinker substitution. Thailand: cement consumption rises by 12% in 2012

Cement consumption this year is on track to surpass the target of 8-10% thanks to continued government investment in mass transit projects, says the Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA).
